[Case Study] Nice Pole/Slip Form Method

Introducing examples from a hardball baseball field in Kanagawa Prefecture and a chimney at a power plant in Yamaguchi Prefecture!

We would like to introduce examples of the adoption of our "Nice Pole/Slip Form Method." In the renovation project (demolition and new construction) of an existing baseball stadium by Kawasaki City, a protective net pole was installed above the stands, reaching a height of approximately 30 meters above ground. This project is a two-phase construction, which includes the manufacturing and installation of the poles and the stretching of the nets. Additionally, in the construction of an RC chimney at a coal-fired power plant, we adopted the "Slip Form Method," which is a safe and labor-saving method that allows for continuous construction of concrete walls. The chimney has a height of 165 meters, and the structure was constructed at a pouring height of approximately 2 meters per day. 【Case Overview】 <Nice Pole> ■Location: Kanagawa Prefecture, Todoroki Hardball Baseball Stadium ■Details: Protective net pole installed above the stands, with a height of approximately 30 meters above ground. <Slip Form Method> ■Location: Yamaguchi Prefecture, T Power Plant Chimney ■Details: The chimney height is 165 meters, constructed at a pouring height of approximately 2 meters per day. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
